Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ke33 will never ask for your password via email or phone. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ke33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to secure your login details.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

• ke33 does not charge a deposit fee on standard transactions processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your ke33 balance within minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, contact our support team with the transaction reference.
• ke33 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that is deemed suspicious or inconsistent with your usual account activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and review of any active bonus wagering requirements. ke33 may apply a minimum withdrawal threshold; please consult the platform's payment page for current limits. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. ke33 is not liable for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below. ke33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without notice.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each offer is stated within that offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the individual offer terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible bet types may result in bonus forfeiture.

• Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available to each new player once only. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus via multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ke33 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of ke33 for any purpose other than genuine entertainment and wagering.
• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes, share information in a manner that constitutes unfair play, or coordinate strategies in real-money games in a manner prohibited by ke33.
• Uploading, transmitting, or sharing any content that is unlawful, offensive, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.

ke33 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring tools. Suspicious activity is reviewed by our compliance team and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities. Players found in violation of these rules will have their accounts permanently closed and any outstanding balance may be withheld.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

ke33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or abuse, failure to complete KYC verification, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or if ke33 reasonably believes continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the ke33 support team. Any real-money balance held at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
